- 0.5 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz ROOT 23 Pear Rosemary Simple Syrup
- Sparkling Wine
Shake first 3 ingredients & pour in coupe glass. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon twist or rosemary sprig.
