Yuzu Spritzer

• 1.5 oz grapefruit juice
• .5 oz lime juice
• 1 oz ROOT 23 Yuzu Citrus Simple Syrup
• .5 oz ginger liqueur
• 1.5 oz mezcal
• mineral water

First, rim your glass with tajin. Add all of the ingredients except mineral water to a glass with ice. Stir to combine. Top with mineral water and garnish with a grapefruit.
