Pecan Pie Martini
- 2 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz Nocino
- 1/2 oz ROOT 23 Maple Cinnamon Simple Syrup
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 oz roasted pecans
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 whole pecans, for garnish
Directions:
In a food processor, combine the roasted pecans and brown sugar. Pulse for a few seconds, then transfer to a small plate.
Combine vodka, Nocino, and Root 23 Maple Cinnamon Simple Syrup in a mixing glass with ice. Stir well.
Place maple syrup on a small plate. Dip the rim of a martini or coupe class into the maple syrup, then dip into the pecan and brown sugar mixture.
Pour cocktail into glass. Garnish with whole pecans.
