Limoncello Spritz

• 2 oz. limoncello
• ½ oz. Root 23 Vanilla Ginger Simple Syrup
• 3 oz. prosecco
• 1 oz. sparkling water
• Ice 
• Mint sprig and lemon wheel, for garnish (optional)

Directions:

Fill a stemmed glass with ice.  Add the limoncello, simple syrup, prosecco, and sparkling water to the glass and stir for 5-10 seconds to combine.  Garnish with a mint sprig and a lemon wheel.
